Mauds began making ice cream away back in 1982, it was part of a family grocery business, but its popularity grew and it needed an identity all of its own. The head of the family business at that time was called Maud and that sounded just perfect and so on Mother’s Day 1982 the very first Mauds Ice Creams sign was erected over the shop in Carnmoney!

Today Mauds Ice Cream has grown into the latest state-of-the-art production facility, but are still using the original ingredients available and have developed close relationships with a number of quality food producers across Europe. Mauds ingredients have been in supply to many manufactures for wide range of confectionary products a mouth-watering ice cream products.
We at EO Creative were asked to consult in the latest venture, retailing Mauds own ingredients through such supermarkets as Sainsburys with Mauds own original recipes available for the first time to the general public. Here is the first packaging to be released.
