Carecall was established over a decade ago in response to employer needs regarding the impact of psychological ill-health at work. Since then, Carecall has developed into one of the leading providers of Employee Assistance Programmes with organisations across all industry sectors. It provides support for issues affecting an employee’s ability to perform to their optimum at work.
Services include counseling and support services for employees, carrying out risk assessments for stress at work and developing mental health in the workplace policies.

Case Study
When we first met the Carecall team we were immediately taken back with the services provided by the company. Our challenge was to design new marketing material that was easily recognizable and would assist in communicating the long established brand identity of Carecall.
We developed all marketing material to incorporate a company strap-line “Don’t leave your fate to chance” and introduced dice imagery throughout. We believe this strategy was successfully achieved and the brand strengthened throughout
